  • Technical design, solution development, data modeling (customized entities), design documents to address business needs.

  • Design, define and customize interactive forms (UI) for enhanced user experience.

  • Remote (off-site) development methodologies for supporting online (cloud) CRM 2011 / 2013 (and soon to come 2015) solutions. Methodology involves development of local (on-premise) solutions and delivery to online production environment as a ‘Packaged Managed Solution’.  Such methodology requires familiarity with the limitations of the online deployed solutions (sandbox operation environment).

  • Use JavaScript code and Web Resources for creating rich client functionality for enhanced user experience.

  • Create optimized solution components using client side JavaScript and server side Workflows and plugins for direct data manipulation and for optimized performance.

  • Creating client side REST queries using JQuery.

  • Data Model design based on familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics CRM database structure.

  • Create  interactive reports (views) and complex reports based on RDL (Report Definition Language) using Microsoft BI Studio, or any 3rd party BI tool such as SAP Business Objects.

  • Hands on experience of installing local on-premise environment to develop packaged solution which is later deployed to an online production environment.
